2018 IEC National Award-Winning Honors!
The 2018 Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) National Convention & Expo was held in our backyard – Indianapolis, IN – this year, and we were proud to show up in more ways than one!
Throughout the week, our team learned valuable insight with the education sessions and expo, acquiring knowledge from tools and techniques to project management and soft skills. Our very own Staci Inskeep, Co-Founder / VP of Organizational Development, spoke on the “Hire A Women if You Want a Job Done Right” panel, in attendance by a room full of industry peers to include a dozen of our own female leaders and team.
The final night of celebration included the Awards Gala, where the IEC awards exceptional members, chapters, and apprentices. “Winning an IEC National Award is a distinguished honor,” says Spenser Villwock, IEC National CEO. “Their accomplishments set the bar for industry best practices and contribute to the overall advancement of the independent electrical industry.”
We were humbled and honored to walk away with five awards for both individual team members and projects executed with excellence:
2018 IEC Rising Star Award
Jason Hobbs, Project Manager
2018 Emerging Leaders Award
Carson Bishop, Engineer
Award of Excellence, Energy Efficient / Green Construction (Cat. A – Efficient Energy Retrofit)
