Matt oversees all legal matters for InPwr, guiding the company’s legal strategy across contracts, disputes, strategic transactions, and enterprise risk.

Prior to joining InPwr, Matt served as General Counsel – North America for the world’s second-largest electronic security integration contractor, advising executive leadership on critical legal and business matters.
