As an existing commercial laundry processor in need of immediate expansion, the client required a more modern facility to allow for growing capacity and accommodate changing business processes. Our scope of work included demolition of the existing warehouse area electrical distribution, utility service, and lighting systems. Moreover, we needed to transition equipment and operations between the existing and new facilities without requiring the client to cease operations.
The InPwr Inc. team loves a challenge. In the most complex situations, the creativity and expertise of our people really shines. Our project plan allowed the project plant build-out and integration of new production line equipment with existing machinery without requiring production loss. We took a just-in-time approach, coordinating complex moving and installation schedules to ensure a seamless transition.
Our electrical design and installation plan also allowed for provisional power and flexibility to support future expansion. We upgraded existing electrical utilities and provided power and controls for process automation throughout the facility, transforming an existing unrelated distribution building into a state-of-the-art industrial linen processing plant.
