With over a decade of expertise in administration, management, and leadership, Melissa has been pivotal in aligning human resource functions with the company’s strategic objectives. She holds an M.B.A from Indiana Wesleyan University, conferred in 2019, and is an active participant in both the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management.
