Our client needed to add additional student housing for the upcoming year, but needed the multi-use facility completed during the summer break. Tasked with designing five townhouse buildings and a multi-purpose commons building housing laundry facilities in a short time frame, the InPwr Inc. team developed a complete design, a workable plan, and a timeline for implementation. By working closely with other trades and contractors, InPwr Inc. stayed well within the established schedule without compromising design specifications.
Not only did our team deliver the project on schedule, we also suggested several more economical approaches to the established design criteria. Our design incorporated innovative solutions that enabled our client to meet budget and time constraints with room to spare.
Upon completion of the project, which included a 2000a service with distribution to each building, the new facility achieved a LEED silver certification.
